Sometimes when we are having a clear out, we find things from way back when.

As an example, here is aprogramme one of our members found in his Grandmother's stash of Memorabilia. I think it dates from the Christmas concert 1977.

I remember Tadley Floor Cerntre and The Cycle shop which were at the site where Tadley Instruments and Andersons Motor Stores are now.

Ivan Chapman's Builders has been taken over by Paul Chapman

I worked for Richardson and Rabbetts from 1983 - 1988 as one of the Managers.
The main Shop expanded to include the Fine Fare Shop and the seperate shop was initially a Record shop, then a bakery, and now it is a Chippy. The main shop was a Co - Op. but has now been shut down.
